Process
We will register your company with COIDA and issue you with the registration number.
Prerequisites
- A registered company.
- A Tax Clearance Certificate.
- A valid bank account in the name of the company.
Completion time
1 Working day.
Process
We will register your company with COIDA and issue you with a Letter of Good Standing.
Our fee excludes the fee to obtain the Letter of Good Standing. The fee to obtain the Letter of Good Standing is normally R1,298 (unless you have not paid in previous years) which is your minimum annual insurance.
We will issue you with an invoice from COIDA for this amount which you will pay directly to them. We will then pull your letter of good standing.
